Ethical Considerations when Therapists face burnout

In this episode I outline some of the ethical considerations at play when therapists face burn out. Part of this is discussing some of the burn out flags, and also the ethical obligation of self-care in the best interest of the client. We also discuss daily practices that can help build resilience against burn out. The episode ends with a grounding meditation practice by Sue Cooper.
