In this episode, we speak with Paedatric Sleep Specialist, Kearin Ashley Heward. We discuss some of the common topics related to paedatric sleep including understanding developmental sleep cycles and debunking common myths related to infant/toddler sleep. We also discuss attachment informed approaches to infant sleep, how this can be misaligned with modern day living and common sleep difficulties experienced by parents. We also cover some sleep resources available to parents.
